Do I need an appointment?
For small repairs you can simply drop by and we will take a look right away whenever possible. For a service it is worth sending a request through the form, then you get a fixed appointment.
How long does a service take?
The basic service is usually done the same day, the full service takes one to two working days. We confirm the exact date when you drop the bike off.
What does a repair cost?
You can find the guide prices on the Services & Prices page. We always confirm the exact price with you before we start.
Do you service e-bikes?
Yes, including motor diagnostics, battery check and software updates.
Do I need to have bought my bike from you?
No. We service and repair all bikes, no matter where you bought them.
Can I drop my bike off and pick it up later?
Of course. Bring it by during opening hours and we will let you know as soon as it is ready.
